Hosman fait le point sur les chantiers r\u00e9alis\u00e9s et ceux en cours. Le mod\u00e8le Hosman s\u2019impose dans l\u2019immobilier, confort\u00e9 par l\u2019excellence de la satisfaction de ses clients. Les chiffres placent Hosman comme le leader ind\u00e9pendant de la proptech\u2026<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Plus d\u20191 M\u2019\u20ac de CA mensuel<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>3% de parts de march\u00e9 en Ile de France<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>250 ventes r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par mois<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>7 villes ouvertes en un an<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>Plus de 100 collaborateurs<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Une part de march\u00e9 toujours croissante\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le mod\u00e8le propos\u00e9 par Hosman a su faire ses preuves et \u00e0 p\u00e9renniser son service. Ainsi, en Ile-de-France et plus particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 Paris, Hosman repr\u00e9sente aujourd\u2019hui <strong>pr\u00e8s de 3% de part de march\u00e9, contre 0,04% fin 2018<\/strong>. La n\u00e9o-agence tire son \u00e9pingle du jeu en signant plus de<strong> 2 600 mandats en 2021<\/strong>, soit 5 000 au total depuis son lancement en 2018. La satisfaction client, \u00e9valu\u00e9e sur TrustPilot, affiche une note de 4,9\/5, sur plus de 2 300 avis. Depuis son lancement, Hosman a fait \u00e9conomiser \u00e0 ses clients plus de 50 millions d\u2019euros au total. Cela repr\u00e9sente en moyenne<strong> 25 000 \u20ac par client \u00e0 Paris et 18 000\u20ac en r\u00e9gion<\/strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019ann\u00e9e 2022 s\u2019annonce d\u00e9j\u00e0 prometteuse puisque les experts immobiliers r\u00e9alisent chaque mois 250 ventes, permettant \u00e0 l\u2019agence d\u2019atteindre un chiffre d\u2019affaires mensuel de plus d\u2019un million d\u2019euros.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quatre nouvelles villes ouvertes en moins de six mois\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019un des premiers objectifs de cette lev\u00e9e de fond \u00e9tait d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le d\u00e9ploiement du mod\u00e8le propos\u00e9 dans toutes les grandes villes fran\u00e7aises. Cet objectif est aujourd\u2019hui atteint avec l\u2019ouverture dans quatre villes en six mois. Ainsi, apr\u00e8s Paris, Nantes et Bordeaux, Hosman a \u00e9tendu son r\u00e9seau \u00e0 Toulouse, Lyon, Lille et Marseille.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Passant de trois collaborateurs en 2018 \u00e0 plus d\u2019une centaine en 2022, la startup continue de recruter avec plus de 50 postes ouverts. Et pour soutenir son hypercroissance, elle recherche pas moins de 40 experts immobiliers sur tout le territoire.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans les prochains mois, Hosman aura pour objectif de renforcer sa croissance dans les villes r\u00e9cemment ouvertes pour devenir une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence reconnue.
