Elle permet aux particuliers de devenir propri\u00e9taires en moins de 3 ans en capitalisant sur un bien gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un prix fixe garanti, ind\u00e9pendant de la volatilit\u00e9 du march\u00e9 de l\u2019immobilier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Concr\u00e8tement, Hestia ach\u00e8te le bien du particulier n\u2019ayant pas obtenu de cr\u00e9dit immobilier. Elle lui loue le bien avec une option d\u2019achat. Chaque mois, une partie du loyer est convertie en \u00e9pargne, ce qui augmente l\u2019apport du particulier. Il peut ensuite le racheter quand il le souhaite.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hestia accompagne ses clients de bout en bout dans leur accession \u00e0 la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 avec une super-app. Le particulier peut en effet constituer son apport au travers d\u2019un programme d\u2019\u00e9pargne automatique, suivre l\u2019\u00e9volution de sa capacit\u00e9 d\u2019emprunt jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention du pr\u00eat immobilier pour acqu\u00e9rir le bien \u00e0 100%.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A propos de Hestia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hestia est une proptech fond\u00e9e en 2022 par deux associ\u00e9s, Adrien P\u00e9ligry (CEO) et Nino Spiegel (CTO), tous deux dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s de l\u2019ESSEC.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e8s la sortie de l&rsquo;\u00c9cole, ils cr\u00e9ent leur premi\u00e8re entreprise, Sweevana, dans le secteur des avantages salari\u00e9s. Au bout d\u2019un an, ils revendent la startup \u00e0 Swile, qui souhaite renforcer sa pr\u00e9sence aupr\u00e8s des comit\u00e9s d\u2019entreprises.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir contribu\u00e9 pendant deux ans au d\u00e9veloppement de Swile, devenue licorne en 2021, ils d\u00e9cident de se lancer dans une nouvelle aventure entrepreneuriale avec l\u2019ambition d\u2019avoir un impact soci\u00e9tal fort.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plusieurs millions de Fran\u00e7ais ne peuvent aujourd\u2019hui devenir propri\u00e9taire par manque d\u2019apport ou statut professionnel incompatible.
