MicroOLED Introduces ActiveLook Integration for Apple Watch

ActiveLook is the first AR solution to enable real-time display of Apple Watch sensor data; Runners can monitor new Watch OS 9 running dynamics without breaking stride

Placing this data in the runner’s natural field of view, eliminates the need to break stride or change body mechanics to monitor performance. The ActiveLook solution is a competitive advantage for endurance athletes such as marathoners and triathletes, who rely on real-time metrics, such as pace, in order to train and compete. ActiveLook makes these performance metrics accessible instantly, at a glance. The new Apple Watchintegration benefits from the same intuitive and non-distracting experience that ActiveLook has pioneered since 2019.

MicroOLED CEO Eric Marcellin-Dibon commented , “The Apple Watch integration delivers the best ActiveLook experience to date, from simplified setup to super intuitive use with the Apple Watch’s touchscreen combined with the gesture control function found in ActiveLook products. Our team has delivered a breakthrough AR experience that highlights the benefits and value of MicroOLED’s ActiveLook platform: lightweight, long battery life, excellent brightness, and low cost – choose four! We believe that competitive runners will greatly benefit from this solution.”

ActiveLook 2.0 is now available in the App Store for consumers at no cost. ActiveLook compatible glasses, presently offered ENGOJulbo and Cosmo, are required. ActiveLook developers kits are also available.
